All giclee prints are done on wide format giclee printers with archival inks. Giclee printing is of the highest standard in both detail and colour reproduction. All our papers have been divided into four groups. Please see paper group descriptions below for more information.

GROUP 1

Hahnemuhle German Etching 310gsm

German Etching is one of the most popular media worldwide for artwork and photography. This mould-made 100% cellulose etching paper is velvety smooth with a fine grain texture. The weight is ideal for handling and framing, and the natural white of the paper means no optical brighteners and the highest in archival standards.

Hahnemuhle Daguerre Premium Canvas 400gsm

Daguerre Canvas offers a true fine canvas texture with a matt finish which is particularly good for fine art photo printing. Its bright white point provides clear fresh colours and contrasts for black and white reproductions. Due to the poly cotton it is easy to handle and stretch.

GROUP 2

Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Pearl 320gsm

This 100% cotton, fibre based, semi- gloss inkjet paper offers amazing deep blacks and a wide colour gamut. It contains no optical brighteners and is designed to mimic traditional fibre based darkroom papers. The semi-gloss surface of this paper makes it the most robust of the three album page options which is good for situations where the album will be handled a lot.

Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 188

This white cotton paper has a smooth texture and a mildly defined felt pattern that gives each image a three-dimensional appearance. It produces outstanding prints that display vivid colours, deep blacks, and striking contrasts thanks to its matt premium inkjet coating.

Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 310 Satin

Very similar to the original Photo Rag®, this 100% cotton paper has an unusual coating that takes on a satin sheen in the printed areas when printed on. The unprinted areas remain matt. This paper is also extremely age resistant and complies with the highest lifespan requirements.

Hahnemuhle Torchon 285

This bright white, 100% -cellulose paper guarantees archival standards. This watercolour paper features a distinct textured surface. It’s a great paper for art reproduction work, particularly for watercolours and pastels, and this paper is also perfect for fine-art applications such as card making.

Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth 305

100% cotton paper with an ultra- smooth surface texture – guarantees archival standards. With its premium matt inkjet coating this paper provides the highest industry standards regarding density, colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness while preserving the special touch and feel of genuine art paper.

Ilford Ilfotex AL Textile

Repositionable Photo Textile is a peel and stick, self adhesive woven fabric material that can be installed on almost any flat surface, including poles, corners or wrapping around walls. The active adhesive also allows for easy no residue removal. Featuring a 150 x 150 base weave for sharper images, brilliant color rendition and saturation. Ilfotex is non-toxic PVC free, heavy metal free and phthalate free.

Epson Cold Press Bright 305

This premium media has been designed for museum quality photographic and fine art work. It is manufactured from 100% cotton that is acid, lignin and chlorine free with ph buffering for superb durability and print stability. Produced in a cold-press method for a soft finish, it features a coating that has been optimised for Epson UltraChrome pigment Inks. It has a bright white surface that delivers a high D-Max and beautiful tonal transitions which is particularly suited to high- intensity black-and-white photography. For enhanced versatility the finish and coating has been applied to both sides.

Epson Hot Press Bright 310

This premium media has been designed for museum quality photographic and fine art work. It is manufactured from 100% cotton that is acid, lignin and chlorine free with ph buffering for superb durability and print stability. Produced in cylinder-mould for an ultra-smooth finish, it features a coating that has been optimised for Epson UltraChrome pigment Inks. It has a bright white surface that delivers a high D-Max and a wide colour gamut which is particularly suited to high-intensity colour photography. For enhanced versatility the finish and coating has been applied to both sides.

Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308

Photo Rag is the most popular paper chosen by photographers to create high quality fine art prints. The fine, smooth surface and feel of it makes this paper very versatile and it is ideal for printing both black and white and colour photographs and art reproductions with impressive pictorial depth. It’s a white 100% cotton paper of superb quality capable of producing excellent photographic results that will outlast us all, when combined with the latest pigment inksets such as the Epson Ultrachrome inks.

Ilford Smooth Pearl 270

Ilford Fine Art Smooth Pearl offers a cellulose alternative capable of delivering stunning contrast and sharpness with a large color gamut. Also perfect for black and white reproduction.

GROUP 4

Epson Watercolour Radiant White190

This thick, heavyweight media has been designed for graphic art, fine art and photographic work. It has been optimised for UltraChrome aqueous pigment ink and features a textured matte surface. It is fast to dry and particularly suited to black and white work. A high tension spindle is recommended for the roll based version.

Epson Photo Premium Lustre 260

This super- high-quality media is designed for professional photography and digital printmaking. It has been optimised for Epson Dye, Archival and UltraChrome ink to ensure high resolution prints with accurate colour. It is fast drying and incorporates a resin-coating (RC) that supports maximum ink coverage with a high D-Max for intense lifelike images that rival those of traditional silver halide output. The paper features a heavy base that keeps it cockle-free along with a premium Lustre finish that is particularly suited to wedding, portrait and school photography work. If used in a roll format a high tension spindle is recommended.

Epson Semi Gloss 250

This is an RC (Resin Coated) based paper that is used with both pigment and dye ink. This paper feels like real photographic paper due to the increased thickness and weight. Ideal for application such as wedding photographs or outstanding scenic photographs. Many professionals who use both pigment and dye printers will be able to take advantage of its dual performance.

Epson Versatile Single weight Matt 115

This quality media is designed for a wide range of applications including promotional pieces, fine art, photographs, professional layouts, courtroom graphics, engineering diagrams, proofs, displays and posters. It has been optimized for Epson Ultra Chrome aqueous Ink (both dye and pigment) to enable images with sharp detail and high color saturation. It features a flat matte finish, is quick drying and can be laminated.
